TCR-Solutions is a boutique, full-service clinical research organisation that helps sponsors navigate the ever-changing hospital landscape through their unrivalled understanding of the people, processes and priorities involved.

 

Operating within such a competitive industry, TCR-Solutions needed our help differentiating itself to stand out from its competitors, meanwhile a lack of digital marketing and an outdated website meant valuable leads, clients and opportunities for growth were being left on the table.

It was time for a refresh.

To get to the heart of the brand’s differentiators, we needed to understand it inside out.

 

When holding extensive workshops with their senior leadership, we found their Managing Director, Davy Yeung, had unparalleled real-world experience in senior positions within the NHS, giving him a unique understanding of the industry that competitors couldn’t rival. This informed their meaningful difference.

We delivered a refreshed visual identity that helped TCR-Solutions stand out from its competition. This was delivered through a brand new website and supporting collateral, including event stands, brochures, business cards and flyers.

In a highly competitive industry with very little differentiation, our work helped TCR-Solutions to find and bring their meaningful difference to life, cutting through the noise to more effectively articulate and communicate their value to clients.
