Dr Dünner has been producing the finest herbal remedies and supplements in Switzerland for over 70 years.

Known for their commitment to using high-quality, natural ingredients, the brand was looking to break into the densely populated UK wellness market for the first time.

With a rich heritage but a need for a contemporary approach, the Swiss brand sought our expertise to navigate this market and create a relevant and resonant brand voice tailored to the UK consumer.

Dr Dünner firmly believes in finding the right balance between nature and science, so that formed the basis of our launch strategy. Then we did something bold. We renamed the product.

 

‘Phytovitality’ allowed us to simultaneously communicate the natural origin of Dr Dünner’s medicinal products and their efficacy in an aspirational way, aligning them to the science of phytotherapy.

We designed a new customer-facing ecommerce website, produced branded assets including a stunning origin video and hit the trade shows to support the brand in getting onto the high-street.

 

PR stunts were also activated, such as our ‘guerilla gardening’ in London’s Brick Lane, where we created a buzz on social media by bringing the Alps to the English capital in the form of public planting.

Our work gained Dr Dünner a strong foothold in the UK and enabled the brand to be stocked on the high street, including in Holland & Barrett.
