The Simbec-Orion brand was relaunched across digital platforms, with a particular focus on the website’s architecture for SEO optimisation and lead generation.

We knew it was important to establish and communicate clear company values to support recruitment and foster a sense of shared purpose across different locations and departments.

 

Through working sessions with the company, we were able to identify five core values, which drove all operational service levels for the business and all marketing content across the customer journey.

We leveraged the website’s look and feel to produce organic and paid social assets, aligning their visual identity across every channel.

 

These assets, which included webinars and targeted LinkedIn campaigns, were designed to drive traffic to the website and reinforce the newly developed company values.
